1 When should I choose the TCM BOX 1P RC version instead of the standard 1P?
Choose the RC version for measurements above 400A (up to 6kA) and in locations featuring thick busbars or dense cable bundles where traditional current transformers (CTs) cannot be accommodated.
2 What are the advantages of Rogowski coils in the 1P RC model?
The coils are flexible and lightweight, allowing them to be easily installed around thick busbars. They support very high current ranges while maintaining high precision.
3 Can I replace Rogowski coils with standard transformers?
No, this is not possible. Each TCM BOX is factory-calibrated for a specific type of probe (RC or 1P). The measurement method must be strictly selected based on cable cross-sections and current levels before purchase.
4 How is data transmitted in the 1P RC version?
The device utilizes a built-in GSM modem and an included SIM card. Data is sent in real-time to the Innovation Energy cloud application.
5 What alarm limits can I set for the RC model?
You can define limits within the application. If the set values are exceeded, the system will immediately send an email notification.
